Psychological aspects of aggression and aggressiveness of private security service employees
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem agrese, agresivity a násilí u pracovníků soukromé bezpečnostní služby, vykonávající svou práci hlavně na fotbalových stadionech. V této práci se uvádí problematika legislativy SBS, poukazuje se na rizikové situace, do kterých se mohou bezpečnostní pracovníci dostat a analyzovaná data agrese u SBS pracovníků.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s study treats with aggression and aggressivness of private security service employees, dealing mainly with the fans on football stadiums. This study pays attention on legislation, points out risk situations the security staff must cope with and analyses aggression data on the real sample.
