The thesis aims to present and describe the similarities and differences between the literary outputs of Joseph von Eichendorff and the second generation of English romantics, notably George Gordon Byron, Percy Bysshe Shelley, and John Keats. Cílem této diplomové práce je představit a porovnat podobnosti a rozdíly v literárních dílech Josefa Eichendorffa a anglických romantických básníků druhé generace, George Gordona Byrona, Percy Bysshe Shelleyho a Johna Keatse.
