Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy stávajícího stavu společnosti s ručením omezeným, její ocenění a návrh na vypořádání obchodního podílu při vypořádání společného jmění manželů.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to make analysis of current situation of limited company, its valuation and proposal for business share settlement when making settlement of community property.
