Postoperative complications in patients undergoing caesarean section surgery

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zabývající se pooperačními komplikacemi u žen, které podstoupily operaci císařský řez, je prací teoreticko-průzkumnou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historii císařského řezu, dále na operaci císařský řez, podmínky a indikace k císařskému řezu, předoperační vyšetření, předoperační přípravu, anestézii, intraoperační a pooperační komplikace. Dále se zabývá pooperační péčí, kterou zajišťuje porodní asistentka. Průzkumná část práce zjišťuje četnost komplikací spojených s operačním výkonem císařský řez. Komplikace jsou zaznamenávány do záznamového archu, který byl vytvořen na základě studia literatury a dat sledovaných Ústavem zdravotnických informací a statistiky.

Abstract:

This theoretical and exploratory diploma thesis is dealing with postoperative complications in women, who underwent a caesarean section. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the history of caesarean section, caesarean section surgery, conditions and indications leading to caesarean section, preoperative examination, preoperative preparation, anaesthesia,and intraoperative and postoperative complications. An integral part is a focus on postoperative care provided by a midwife. The exploratory part of the work ascertains the frequency of complications associated with the caesarean section surgical procedure. All complications are recorded in a record sheet, which was created on the basis of the study of literature and the observation of data monitored by the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic.
