Tato bakalářská práce zjišťuje, jaké pracovněprávní problémy mají těhotné ženy a možné následky jejich porušování. Zabýval jsem se zde zprvu obecným popisem jednotlivých právních předpisů, které se týkají pracovního práva a dále jaké specifika mají těhotné zaměstnankyně. This bachelor's thesis investigates the possible challenges which pregnant women might be facing in their work life and the consequences of labor law breach. At first, I am focusing on a general description of individual legal regulations related to employment law and then on specifics rules related to pregnant employees.
