Analyse of Production Process in the Company NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu výrobního procesu ve společ-nosti NTS Prometal Machining, s. r. o. Teoretická část tvoří literární základ, ze kterého budou čerpány podklady pro analýzy, které budou provedeny v praktické části. V praktické části jsou rozčleněny výrobky pomocí ABC analýzy. Na vybraného reprezentanta s podrobným postupem jeho výroby, byla také použita SMED metoda pro analýzu přety-povacích časů. Cílem práce je definovat nedostatky, plýtvání při výrobě a v závěru navrh-nout nová nápravná opatření pro jejich eliminaci a dosáhnout zvýšení průtoku a efektivnosti výroby.

Abstract:

The theme of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current state of the manufacturing proc-ess in the company NTS Prometal Machining s. r. o. The theoretical part consists the litera-ture basis, building the basis for next analysis, that will be realised in the practical part. In the practical part are divided product using the ABC analyse. On the selected product rep-resentant with the detailed procedure of his production was also used SMED method to analyse of re-typing times. The goal of bachelor work is to define unefficiencies, wastes in manufacturing process and in the end to propose a new corrective measures with the goal to eliminate them and achieve the raising of the throughput and efficiency of production.
