HR information systems in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast komplexních personálních systémů v České republice. V práci jsou specifikovány hlavní pojmy v této oblasti, zmíněna platná legislativa a trendy na zahraničních trzích. Hlavním cílem práce je charakteristika nabídky personálních systémů na českém trhu a jejich vyhodnocení v kontextu zákaznické spokojenosti. Pro jeho naplnění je využito kombinace kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. S využitím kvantitativního výzkumu jsou dodavatelé vzájemně porovnáni a je určena jejich vzájemná pozice na trhu. Pomocí korelační analýzy je určeno, které vlastnosti systémů souvisí s celkovou spokojeností zákazníků a které faktory zákazníci vnímají jako klíčové u dodavatelů samotných a jejich přístupu. V závěru je pak porovnán pohled obou stran na trendy v oblasti personálních systémů a směr jejich budoucího vývoje.

Abstract:

The focus of this Master’s thesis is on human resource information systems in the Czech Republic. Key concepts are described including current legislation and an overview of trends at global markets. The main goal of this thesis is to describe current options on the Czech market and evaluate them in relation to customer satisfaction. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research is used to fulfil this goal. Using the quantitative research HRIS suppliers are compared and their mutual market position is determined. With the use of correlation analysis, it was determined which system characteristics are linked with customers’ satisfaction and which customer support and supplier approach relate with said satisfaction. At the end there is comparison of perceived HRIS trends and the direction of their next development.
