Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení úspěšnosti přípravy mladých biatlonistů ve Sportovních centrech mládeže v ČR. Cílem práce je klasifikovat systém Sportovních center mládeže, evaluovat jednotlivá zázemí pro přípravu mládeže, probádat trenérské zabezpečení jednotlivých center a především syntetizovat výsledky kontrolních testů, závodů Českého poháru a závodů mezinárodních. The theme of diploma thesis is evaluating the success of young biathletes in youth sports centers in Czech Republic. This thesis is focused on features of youth sports centres in Czech Republic.
