Rekonstrukce jednogeneračního rodinného domu

Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem rekonstrukce jednogeneračního rodinného domu z 30. let minulého století v katastrálním území Radotín, obec Praha a jeho přestavbou na dům dvougenerační v souladu se stavebními předpisy a normovými požadavky na obytné budovy. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace v rozsahu pro získání stavebního povolení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with design for renovation of a 1930s family house situated in cadastral area Radotín, Prague and it´s conversion into a house with two separate apartments in accordance with building regulations and directives for residential premises. Integral part of the thesis is project documentation to the extent of receiving a building permit.
