Hodnocení dotvrzování výtisků z SLA tiskárny

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o dotvrzování výtisků ze stereolitografické 3D tiskárny Formlabs Form 2 pomocí vlastní dotvrzovací aparatury. Takto zhotovené vzorky jsou dotvrzovány dvěma způsoby: UV zářením s teplotou, nebo pouze UV zářením po různou dobu. Pro jednotlivé doby je sledován stupeň vytvrzení pomocí pevnosti v tahu a infračervené spektroskopie. Ze získaných údajů jsou vyhodnocovány vlastnosti …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with post-curing prints from stereolithographic 3D printer Formlabs Form 2 using own post-curing device. These printed samples are post-cured in two ways: UV radiation with temperature or using only UV radiation; and in different times.
