Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definování základních poznatků z oblasti motivace, pracovní motivace a pracovní spokojenosti. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a application one. The theoretical part focuses on define the basic knowledge of motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction.
