Abstract:

Na základě analýzy činnosti podniku, jeho strategického plánu rozvoje, charakterizovat jeho současný stav. Vyhodnotit všechny rizikové faktory ovlivňující činnost podniku a pokusit se navrhnout možnosti obnovy jeho standardní situace, tj. navrhnout cesty a možnosti řešení krizového stavu v podniku.

Abstract:

Based on the analysis of the enterprise and its strategic development plan, to characterize its current state. Evaluate all risk factors affecting the activity of the company and try to suggest the possibility of recovery of the standard situation, ie to suggest routes and how to resolve a crisis situation in the enterprise.
