Abstract:
Práce se zabývá antropologií jídla ve městě Sao Paulo v Brazílii. Etnografický popis líčí všední den brazilského úředníka se zaměřením na stravovací návyky během dne. Dotazníkový výzkum je zaměřen na stravování mimo vlastní domácí kuchyň z hlediska četnosti, oblíbenosti a praktičnosti. Abstract:
The work is dealing with the anthropology of food in Sao Paulo in Brazil. Ethnographic description describes normal day of brazilian officer with focus on food routines during a day. Questionnaire research is focusing on the food outside of the home kitchen. This research will be observing the frequency, popularity and practicality of such food.
