Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozvrhnuta do 3 částí, první je věnována obecné dietologii a sepsání pravidel této problematiky. Jsou zde uvedeny jak metody (pravidla), tak i data (diety) potřebné pro vytvoření systému. Druhá část je pak věnována obecnému náhledu expertních systémů. Zejména jak se expertní systém chová, jeho vlastnosti a možné realizování. Tato část bakalářské práce slouží tedy jako obecný popis funkcí. Cílem této práce bylo seznámit se s problematikou možného nasazení expertních systémů v dietologii. Výsledkem této práce je návrh a zrealizování modelového expertního systému, který dokáže správně klasifikovat pacienty, především s nadváhou a obezitou, a radit jim při jejich potížích spojených s neodborným stravováním a vývojem hmotnosti. Výsledný navržený systém má za úkol identifikovat relevantní a pro rozhodovací proces nezbytné charakteristiky pacienta a sbírané informace správně zaklasifikovat. Podle expertních znalostí spočítat a odvodit z těchto informací znalosti nové v podobě navržení optimálního příjmu energie, minimálního množství potřebných bílkovin a dalších nutrientů. Pro ostatní onemocnění, u kterých jsou důležité dietní režimy a preference a eliminace konkrétních potravin a pokrmů jsou navržena pravidla jejich výběru z potravinových databází nutričního složení, což by pacientu umožnilo znalostní podporu žádoucího chování při sestavování individuálních diet pacientem.

Abstract:

This thesis is divided into three sections. The first one concerns dietology and principles of the problem. The methods and data needed for system creation are mentioned here as well. The second section is dedicated to the theory of expert systems, especially expert system behavior. Its properties and realization is described in particular. This part of the thesis can be called a general description of the functions used. The aim of this study was to get familiar with the problems of possible deployment of expert systems in dietetics. The result of this work is the design and realization of a model of expert system that could correctly classify patients, especially overweight and obese, and advise them of their problems related to improper diet and weight development. The resulting proposed system is intended to identify the characteristics of the patient that are relevant and necessary for the decision making process, and classify correctly the gathered information. Using this information and expert knowledge, it will calculate and derive new knowledge in the form of a design for optimal energy intake, the minimum required amount of protein and other nutrients. For other diseases, for which dietary regimes, preferences, and the elimination of specific foods and dishes are important, rules are designed for their selection from food nutrient composition databases, which would allow patients to support the desired behavior when making this individual diet.
