Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce "Právní ochrana proti hluku a vibracím" je analýza platné právní úpravy v České republice a na úrovni Evropských společenství a posouzení vzájemné kompatibility obou regulací. Práce se orientuje především na problematiku imisí hluku a vibrací v komunálním mimopracovním prostředí.
Abstract:
The theme of the diploma work is "The legal protection against noise and vibrations" and it deals with czech and european legal regulation and values mutual compatibility.
