Předmětem mé diplomové práce byla problematika vylučovacích sporů v rámci exekučního řízení. V současné době se jedná o velmi aktuální téma, což se v plném rozsahu potvrdilo, neboť dosud existuje řada sporných otázek a zcela odlišných právních názorů.
