Práce se zabývá Suděbnikem Mchitara Goše, který vznikl v polovině 12. století. Nejprve se seznamujeme s historií Arménie, především s dobou, kdy vznikala tato středověká právní památka. Poté si představíme samotného autora Suděbniku i jeho život. Řekneme si, z jakých pramenů čerpal a jaká je jeho systematika. Abstract:
This work deals with Sudebnik of Mkhitar Gosh, which originated in the mid-12th century. First we learn the history of Armenia, especially in a time when originated this medieval legal landmark. Then we will introduce the author of Sudebnik nd his life. We'll tell you what sources he drew from and what is its systematics.
