Determination and isolation of benzophenantridine alkaloids from plant material
Abstract:
The thesis deals with isolation, determination and identification of quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids using LC-MS/MS. The plant alkaloids were produced in vitro by explant cultures of Macleaya microcarpa. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá v prvom rade izoláciou a následne stanovením a identifikáciou kvartérnych benzo[c]fenantridínových alkaloidov (KBA) pomocou LC-MS/MS. Na produkciu KBA bola použitá rastlina Macleaya microcarpa in vitro explantátových kultúr.
