Abstract:

Název mé diplomové práce je "Srovnání neziskových organizací, příspěvkových organizací a podnikatelů z hlediska účetnictví a daně z příjmů``. Vymezuje jednotlivé subjekty, nachází jejich společný účetní základ, aby se poté mohla věnovat jejich vzájemným odlišnostem. Rozdíly plynoucí z odlišného účelu založení, vlastní činnosti a způsobu nakládání s majetkem se nutně projevují v samotném způsobu vedení účetnictví. V kapitolách věnujících se jednotlivým subjektům je blíže specifikována účetní závěrka a její jednotlivé části, jejíž sestavení se odvíjí od příloh na konci této práce. Kromě účetnictví dále porovnává daň z příjmů zmiňovaných subjektů. Ve stanovení základu a předmětu daně se projevují odlišnosti vymezené v předchozích kapitolách o účetnictví. V samotném závěru vyslovuje myšlenku na změnu právní úpravy daně z příjmů neziskových a příspěvkových organizací, což přímo souvisí s jejich složitou právní úpravou i v oblasti účetnictví.

Abstract:

The title of my thesis is ``The comparison of non-profit-making organisations, allowance organisations, and entrepreneurs from the perspective of accounting and income tax{\crqq}. The thesis defines individual subjects and their common accounting base in order to further reflect on the common distinctions. The distinctions, which follow the diverse effects of foundation, individual activity and the method of dealing with property necessarily display in the core method of accounting management. Financial statement and its individual sections, composition of which is based in the supplements at the end of this thesis, are specified in chapters dealing with individual subjects. It further compares the income tax of the mentioned subjects. Within the establishment of the basis of assessment and the subject of charge the diversities defined in previous chapters on accounting are displayed. At the very end the author pronounces an idea of an alternation of the non-profit associations' income tax legal regulation, which relates directly to their complex legal regulation also in the area of accounting.
