Pakomáři (Diptera: Chironomidae) patří mezi nejpoužívanější modelové organismy v akvatických biotestech. Chironomid (Diptera: Chironomidae) are group of insect that belong to the most used model organisms in aquatic bioassays. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on the use of species Chironomus tentans and Chironomus riparius for testing toxicity of organophosphorus insecticides.
