Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými dílčími problematickými oblastmi vznikajícími v rámci postoupení pohledávky ve vztazích mezi podnikateli. V souladu se strukturou práce je zkoumána problematika (i) smluvního omezení a zákazu postoupení pohledávky, (ii) formy postupní smlouvy a (iii) postavení dlužníka při postoupení pohledávky. The thesis focuses on selected issues arising in connection with the assignment of a claim in business-to-business relationships.
