Comparison of organic and conventional plant foods

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma biopotravin a konvenčních potravin. Z velké části se zabývá jejich srovnáním z různých hledisek, což je uvedeno v teoretické části této práce. Ekologické zemědělství představuje významný faktor v ochraně životního prostředí a šetrnosti k půdě, proto má trh s biopotravinami velký potenciál a lze tedy předpokládat prudký nárůst tohoto trendu i do budoucna. Tuto skutečnost potvrzuje řada průzkumů, včetně výsledků spotřebitelského dotazníku, který je součástí této práce.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of organic food and conventional food. It largely deals with their comparison from different perspectives, which is stated in the theoretical part of this work. Organic farming is an important factor in environmental protection and soil conservation, so the organic food market has great potential and i tis therefore possible to expect a sharp increase of this trend in the future. This facti s confirmed by a number of surveys, including the results of the consumer questionnaire, which is part of this work.
