Distributive Justice
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl představit problematiku distributivní spravedlnosti a s ní spojené základní teorie. Zabývá se hlavními principy distribuce společenských dober a břemen v teorii utilitarismu, spravedlnosti jako férovosti Johna Rawlse, rovnosti zdrojů Ronalda Dworkina a na závěr představí kritický pohled libertarianismu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis aims to introduce the issue of distributive justice and related basic theories. It deals with the main principles of distribu-tion of social benefits and burdens within utilitarianism, justice as fair-ness by John Rawls, Ronald Dworkin's equality of resources, and finally presents a critical view of libertarianism.
