Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na styly vedení lidí, rozdílné vedení lidí v týmu a s jakými druhy negativních faktorů se lze setkat na pracovišti. První část popisuje vývoj vedení lidí, s jakými typy řízení se můžeme setkat, vysvětlení pojmu vedoucí a vedení jednotlivce.
