Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na alergii na jed blanokřídlého hmyzu. Pro diagnostiku alergie na jed blanokřídlého hmyzu se používá metoda ImmunoCAP 250 a Immulite 2000 XPi. Cílem práce je porovnání hladin jednotlivých alergenů a tryptázy u pacientů s anafylaktickou reakcí po bodnutí hmyzem a u pacientů s alergií po bodnutí hmyzem. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on Hymenoptera venom allergy. The ImmunoCAP 250 and Immulite 2000 XPi methods are used to diagnose Hymenoptera venom allergy. The aim of the thesis is to compare the levels of individual allergens and tryptase in patients with an anaphylactic reaction after insect stings and in patients with allergy after insect stings.
