Identification of the role of AHP genes in the Arabidopsis thaliana development using reversion genetics approach
Abstract:
Rostlinné hormony cytokininy ovlivňují mnoho aspektů růstu a vývoje rostlin. Znalost mechanismu přenosu cytokininového signálu je nezbytná pro možnost cílených změn ekonomicky využitelných produkčních vlastností rostlin. Cílem této práce bylo určení role genů AHP, kódujících přenašeče cytokininového signálu, a cytokininové signální dráhy ve specifických vývojových procesech A. thaliana.
Abstract:
Cytokinins are plant hormones that influence many aspects of plant growth and development. The knowledge of molecular mechanism of cytokinin signal transduction is critical for the possibility of directed modification of economically useful production traits in plants.
