Employees evaluation as an instrument of human resource management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením zaměstnanců, které je účinným nástrojem pro stanovení cílů, motivaci, vzdělávání zaměstnanců, výběr a rozmísťování zaměstnanců. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení hodnocení zaměstnanců v organizaci, kterou jsem zvolila Krajský úřad Pardubického kraje, odbor dopravy, silničního hospodářství a investic, a posoudit spokojenost a nespokojenost zaměstnanců s hodnocením a s oblastmi, se kterými hodnocení souvisí. V teoretické části je popsáno hodnocení zaměstnanců z obecného pohledu a vše co s ním souvisí a také metody, které se využívají. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky využity pro zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření, návrh opatření na zlepšení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation of employees, which is a powerful tool for setting goals, motivation, employee training, selection and deployment of staff. The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of employee evaluation in the organization, which I chose the Regional Authority of the Pardubice Region, Department of transport, road management and investment and to assess satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the evaluation of employees and those areas with which the assessment relates. The theoretical part describes the evaluation of employees from the general perspective and everything connected with them, and methods to be used in the evaluation. The practical part of the theoretical knowledge used to evaluate the results of the survey, design measures to improve.
