Abstract:
Obsahem práce je: historie a vývoj ochrany spotřebitele, vysvětlení a rozbor základních pojmů, prameny práva ochrany spotřebitele v EU a ČR, rozbor definice pojmu spotřebitel a rozbor ochrany fyzické versus právnické osoby, vize a vývoj ochrany spotřebitele.
Abstract:
The content of the work: history and development of consumer protection, analysis and explanation of basic concepts, sources of law in consumer protection in the EU and the CR, analysis of the definition and analysis of consumer protect physical versus legal persons, vision and development of consumer protection.
