Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kárného řízení se soudci České republiky. V první části se práce představuje vývoj kárného řízení od 19. století až po jeho současnou podobu, zvláštní důraz je přitom kladen na novelu č. 314/2008 Sb. a významné změny, které tato novela přinesla. This thesis deals with the issues of disciplinary proceedings against judges of Czech Republic. In the first part, the thesis presents the development of disciplinary proceedings from the 19th century to its current form.
