Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výroby přesných děr vystružováním a na upínání výstružníků. Práce popisuje vlastnosti a možnosti nástrojového systému HAM-FINAL RC. Nástrojový systém HAM-FINAL RC umožnuje regulovat centricitu upnutého výstružníku a tím docilovat vyšších kvalitativních parametrů vystružené díry. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit technickou ilustraci a animaci seřizování nástrojového systému HAM-FINAL RC pro praktické použití. Technická ilustrace a animace postupu seřizování je vytvořena pomocí softwaru 3DVIA Composer.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the production of accurate reamed holes and the clamping of reamers. The thesis describes the properties and capabilities of the HAM-FINAL RC tool system. The HAM-FINAL RC tool system allows the regulation of the centricity of the reamer and which leads to higher quality of hole's parameters. The main purpose of this thesis is to create technical illustration and animation of calibration of the HAM-FINAL RC tool system that would enable its practical use. Technical illustration and animation of the calibration process is created in the 3DVIA Composer.
