Předmětem práce je problematika zahájení insolvenčního řízení, obsahové náležitosti kvalitního insolvenčního návrhu, účinky zahájeného insolvenčního řízení a rozhodováním o insolvenčním návrhu. This thesis investigates the problem of commencement of insolvency proceedings, content of an insolvency petition, the effects of insolvency proceedings and the decission about insolvency petition.
