Funding of political parties in the Czech Republic depending on the outcome of the election

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá financováním politických stran v návaznosti na volby do Poslanecké sněmovny. V prvé řadě charakterizuje principy a cíle financování, popisuje základní typy příspěvků a jejich zatřídění, podmínky jejich zisku a jejich výši. Na konkrétním volebním roce popisuje reálně vyplacené příspěvky a zabývá se i dalšími náklady státu v souvislosti s organizací voleb. V neposlední řadě analyzuje volební náklady politických stran a jejich závislost na volebním výsledku.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the funding of political parties following the elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the first place it characterized the principles and objectives of the funding, describes the basic types of contributions and their classification, their conditions and their level of income. The thesis describes the contributions paid in the conditions of specific year and also deals with other state costs in connection with the organization of elections. Finally, it analyzes the election expenses of political parties and their dependence on the electoral outcome.
