Proposal for Introduction of employee benefits in existing remuneration system of company
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se v teoretické části pojednává o systému odměňování, mzdovém systému, členění benefitů a motivací. V praktické části se řeší systém benefitů v konkrétním výrobním podniku, který je zaměřen na výrobu plastů. Na základě dotazníku provedeného za pomocí odpovědí veřejnosti je sestaven návrh na zavedení zaměstnaneckých benefitů do výrobního podniku.
Abstract:
In this bachelor in the theoretical part deals with the remuneration system, payroll, benefits and incentive structure. In the practical part of the benefit system are addressed in a specific manufacturing company that is focused on the production of plastics. Based on questionnaire responses carried out using the public is prepared fot the introduction of employee benefits to the producer.
