Determination of plant cell viability in in vitro cultures
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje základní informace o rostlinných in vitro kulturách a metodách, jimiž se dá stanovit viabilita buněk těchto kultur. Experimentání část je zaměřena na způsoby šetrného oddělení buněk pevného kalusu Nicotiana tabacum a následné stanovení jejich viability pomocí fluorescenčního mikroskopu. Zároveň byla stanovena viabilita buněk suspenzní kultury BY-2.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis summarizes basic information about plant in vitro cultures and methods that can determine the cell viability of these cultures. The experimental part is focused on methods of gently separating Nicotiana tabacum solid callus cells and subsequently determining their viability using a fluorescence microscope.
