Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat pojem penitenciární péče a zjistit, zda má toto zacházení pozitivní vliv na pozdější resocializaci odsouzené osoby. Teoretická část má za úkol přiblížit penitenciární péči a úzkou provázanost s ostatními obory. Dále bakalářská práce popisuje výkon trestu od přijetí, přes pobyt až po propuštění odsouzeného. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the koncept of penitentiary care and find out whether this treatment has a positive effect on the later resocialization of the convicted person.
