Reconstruction of the substructure waterproofing

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh možných variant sanace vlhkého zdiva spodní stavby na vybraném objektu s vlhkým suterénem a nakonec vyhodnocení a výběr nejvhodnější varianty. Pro řešenou problematiku sanace suterénního zdiva jsem si vybrala budovu Pohostinství v obci Radošovice. Do objektu vniká zemní a vzlínající vlhkost. Důvodem je dosluhující hydroizolace a zatékání dešťové vody za sokl. Ze zapůjčené projektové dokumentace jsem zjistila vše potřebné o budově, provedla jsem osobní prohlídku a nafocení objektu. Vypracovala jsem stavební průzkum a z měření vlhkosti zhotovila vlhkostní průzkum. Aplikační část se věnuje popisu poruch a navržení sanačních metod budovy. Z navržených metod vyplývá, že k docílení odstranění vlhkosti ze zdiva musíme kombinovat více sanačních metod.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the proposal of possible variants of protection against damp bottom of construction on a selected object with a damp basement and, finally, the evaluation and selection of the most appropriate variant. Solved issues for remediation of basement masonry I chose building Hospitality in the municipality Radošovice. There is a natural object, and rising damp. The reason is outgoing waterproofing and leaking rain water in the base. From the lent project documentation I found out everything about the building, I conducted a personal tour and photographing the object. I drew up the construction survey and measurement of moisture flow moisture survey. The application part is devoted to the description of the disorders and designing remediation methods of building. Of the proposed methods, shows that in order to obtain the removal of moisture from the masonry, we need to combine multiple remediation methods.
