The types of guarantees in the case of bank loan

Abstract:

Annotation The object of this diploma thesis is to clarify different types of collateral used in bank loans. The thesis begins with a short definition of loan. The following chapter compares law and economic theory of security instruments. The third part is dedicated to the description of individual forms of securing loans. In the fourth part we present an estimation of the measure of influence that a chosen type of security instrument will have on the final cost of the loan. The last two chapters focus on the calculation of the costs. The epilogue of the thesis reflects my own view on the issue.

Abstract:

Anotácia Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je objasniť rôzne typy záruk, ktoré sa dajú použiť v prípade bankového úveru. Práca začína krátkym objasnením toho, čo je úver. Nasleduje kapitola porovnávajúca právo a teóriu zaistných inštrumentov. Tretia časť je venovaná deskripcii jednotlivých foriem zaistenia. V štvrtej časti je urobený odhad vplyvu výbraného istenia na cenu úveru. V zbytnu práce sa zaoberám reálnym dopadom výberu zaistenia na konečnú cenu. V posledných dvoch kapitolách objasňujem postup vyčíslenia nákladov. V závere práce vyjadrujem svoj postoj k danej téme.
