Accounting and tax aspects of termination of a partner’s participation in a company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na účetní a daňová specifika, která souvisejí s ukončením účasti společníka ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první části jsou popsány způsoby, kterými může být ukončena účast společníka ve společnosti, a související účetní a daňové aspekty. Druhá část popisuje uskutečněný odchod společníka ze společnosti XY, s.r.o. Dále je v této části navrhnuta alternativa ukončení účasti společníka ve společnosti. U obou možností jsou popsány konkrétní způsoby zaúčtování účetních operací a také jejich daňové dopady. Na závěr jsou zde porovnány oba navrhnuté způsoby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on accounting and tax specifics related to the termination of a partner’s participation in a limited liability company. The first part describes the ways in which a partner’s participation in a company can be terminated and their accounting and tax aspects. The second part describes the termination of a partner’s participation from the company XY, Ltd. Furthermore, in this part, an alternative to terminating the partner’s participation in the company is proposed. For both options, specific ways of accounting for accounting transactions are described, as well as their tax implications. In the end, both proposed methods are compared.
