Úvodem bakalářské práce odůvodňuji výběr zvoleného téma a stručným popisem členění práce. První kapitola obsahuje shrnutí pojmu Alternativní distribuční kanály a hlavní cíle jejich implementace, zároveň popisuje situaci v zahraničí včetně budoucího vývoje.
