Bakalářská práce se zabývá kořením a jeho vlivem na lidský organismus. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny obecné poznatky o koření, shrnuty jsou také jejich účinky na lidský organismus a detailněji jsou popsány vybrané druhy koření. The Bachellor thesis focuses on spices and their influence on the human organism. The theoretical part presents general knowledge about spices, summarizes the individual effects on the human organism and decribes selected types of spices in detail.
