Proposal guideline for care in obstetrics for patients with covid-19

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou návrhu klinického doporučeného postupu pro porodní asistentky v péči o pacientky s onemocněním covid-19. Návrh je tvořen adaptací australského klinického doporučeného postupu, který byl nalezen systematickým způsobem vyhledávání zaznamenaným pomocí diagramu PRSIMA. K výběru a hodnocení kvality doporučeného postupu je použit standardizovaný nástroj AGREE II. Adaptace vhodného klinického doporučeného postupu probíhala podle metodického nástroje ADAPTE. Formát výsledného návrhu klinického doporučeného postupu byl inspirován Národní metodikou tvorby KDP.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the creation of a clinical practice guideline for midwives in the care of patients with COVID-19. The guideline is created by adapting the Australian clinical practice guideline, which was identified through a systematic search using the PRISMA diagram. The standardized tool AGREE II is used to select and evaluate the quality of the recommended guideline. The adaptation of the appropriate clinical practice guideline is carried out using the ADAPTE methodology. The format of the resulting clinical practice guideline is inspired by the National Methodology for Creating Guidelines.
