Mass Media and Judicial Decision Making
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce jsou masová média a rozhodování soudů, přesněji řečeno vliv masových médií na rozhodování soudů. Cílem práce bylo na základě mediální teorie ve spojení s poznatky soudců se zkušenostmi s rozhodováním mediálně sledovaných kauz najít potenciální cesty, kterými můžou mít masová média vliv na rozhodování soudů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the subject of mass media and the decision-making of courts, or rather the influence of mass media on the decisions of courts. Objective of the thesis was to find ways in which mass media could influence court decisions, based on the theory of media and information from judges, who have experience with deciding medially covered cases.
