Abstract:

Práce je věnována problematice znečištění ovzduší způsobeného celkovou plynnou rtutí. Koncentrace rtuti byly naměřeny na dvou totožných automatických analyzátorech TEKRAN model 2537B, v období prosince 2012 ? srpna 2013, na Atmosférické stanici Křešín u Pacova. Analyzátory byly situovány paralelně vedle sebe. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení a popis koncentrací celkové plynné rtuti za účelem vyhodnocení rozdílnosti v měření dvěma stejnými přístroji za stejných podmínek. V rámci diplomové práce byla provedena manuální kalibrace obou analyzátorů. S využitím informací poskytnutých obsluhou analyzátorů byla provedena validace naměřených dat. Pomocí počítačových programů Statistica 12 a Microsoft Excel 2007 byla provedena deskriptivní statistická analýza validovaných dat. Výsledky statistické deskriptivní analýzy byly porovnány v rámci jednotlivých měsíců a v rámci jednotlivých analyzátorů. Současně byly tyto výsledky převedeny do grafické podoby.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to problems of air pollution caused by total gaseous mercury. The mercury concentrations were measured by two identical automated analyzers TEKRAN model 2537B, in the period December 2012 - August 2013, at the Atmospheric station Křešín u Pacova. The analyzers were colocated parallel to each other. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and description of the concentration of total gaseous mercury in order to evaluate differences in the measurement conducted by two identical devices under the same conditions. In the thesis was carried out manual calibration of both analyzers. Using the information provided by the analyzer service staff was validated measurement data. Using the computer programs Statistica 12 and Microsoft Excel 2007 was conducted descriptive statistical analysis of validated data. Results of the descriptive statistical analyzes were compared among months and individual analyzers. At the same time, the results were converted into graphic form.
