Abstract:
Rejekce je jedním z hlavních z důvodů selhání transplantační léčby, a proto je nezbytné monitorovat stav štěpu. Kvůli neexistenci dostatečně citlivých a specifických markerů zůstává jedinou spolehlivou metodou detekce rejekcí biopsie. Tato invazivní metoda však obnáší riziko mnoha komplikací. Abstract:
Rejection is one of the major causes of transplantation failure, therefore it is necessary to monitor graft health. Since no markers are sensitive and specific enough, the biopsy remains the only reliable method to detect rejection. However, this method carries a great risk of complications.
