Communication strategy of Prekubator - Technology Transfer Office

Abstract:

Transfer technologií je proces, který zavádí do praxe inovace, jež vznikly na základě vědecké výzkumné činnosti, a snaží se maximalizovat jejich komerční potenciál. Skrze tento proces jsou inovace opatřeny patenty a licenčními smlouvami, které následně umožňují založení nové inovační firmy. Za tento proces většinou zodpovídají speciální kanceláře pro transfer technologií, které k této činnosti disponují odpovídajícími kompetencemi a znalostmi. Efektivita a úspěšnost kanceláří pro transfer tech-nologií závisí na jejich komunikaci a vystupování. Cílem této diplomové práce je poukázat na důležitost komunikace těchto kanceláří a vyt-voření komunikační strategie pro konkrétní kancelář pro transfer technologií - Prekubator. Na základě analýz současných komunikačních aktivit této organizace a zkoumání prostředí, kde Prekubator působí, předkládám komunikační plán, který výsledky těchto analýz dostatečně zohledňuje.

Abstract:

Technology transfer is a process, which introduces innovation that occurred on the basis of scientific research activities, into practical use, and aims to maximize their commercial potential. Through this process innovations are awarded by patents and license agreements, which consequently allow establishing a small innovative enterprise. There are usually spe-cial technology transfer offices that are responsible for this process, and dispose of accord competences and knowledge. The effectiveness and successfulness depend on their communication and attitude. The effectiveness and successfulness of technology transfer offices depend on their communication and attitude. The goal of this Master{\crq}s thesis is to point out the importance of communication of these offices and to design a communication strategy of one particular technology transfer office {--} Prekubator. Based on analysis of current communication activities of this organisation and examination of environment, where Prekubator operates, I submit a communication plan, which sufficiently considers the results of the investigation.
