Tourism Organization in the Litoměřice region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem řízení cestovního ruchu na Litoměřicku. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části je popsána historie organizace cestovního ruchu v období po druhé světové válce po současnost. Uvádím orgány a organizace v oblasti státní správy, profesní sdružení v cestovním ruchu a regionální občanská sdružení v cestovním ruchu. Zaměřila jsem se charakteristiku destinačního managementu, jeho důležitost pro koordinaci činnosti subjektů cestovního ruchu, předpoklad pro úspěšnou koordinaci, možné právní formy organizací cestovního ruchu v regionu a jejich úkoly, požadavky na personální zajištění a především způsob financování destinačního managementu. Ve druhé části se věnuji řízení cestovního ruchu v Ústeckém kraji a ustanoví destinačních agentur, jejichž prostřednictvím by mělo být řízení cestovního ruchu v kraji koordinováno. Blíže jsem se zaměřila na systém řízení cestovního ruchu na území Litoměřicka, prostřednictvím Centra cestovního ruchu Litoměřice, dále Mikroregionem Porta Bohemica a MAS České středohoří. Ve třetí části analyzuji efektivitu řízení cestovního ruchu v regionu Litoměřice, abych prokázala fungující komunikaci a partnerství soukromého a veřejného sektoru společenství, které jsou spojeny s cestovním ruchem. Analýzu jsme prováděla dotazníkovým šetřením, následným shrnutím šetření a navrhované řešení.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s dissertation deals with the management system of tourism in the area of Litoměřice. My work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the history of the organization of tourism since the period after the Second World War to the present. I present authorities and organizations of administration, professional associations and regional civic associations in tourism. I focused on the characteristics of the destination management and how this is important for the coordination of tourism organizations activities. I also focused on the assumption for successful coordination, possible legal forms of tourism organization in the region and their tasks, requirements for staffing and method of financing of the destination management. In the second part of my work I describe the management system of the tourism in the region of Ústí and establishing of the destination agencies through which the management of tourism in the region should be coordinated. I closely focused on the tourism system management in the area of Litoměřice, organized through the Litoměřice Tourist Centre, the Micro region of Porta Bohemica and MAS Czech Central Mountains. In the third part I analyze the effectiveness of the tourism management in the region of Litoměřice to demonstrate effective communication and partnerships of private and public sectors. I analyzed the questionnaire survey, than I summarized results and proposed solutions.
