Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je image vybraného města s aspektem na jeho vnitřní analýzu. Práce je rozčleněna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku pojmů image, město, městský marketing a analýza image. Druhá kapitola se zabývá současným stavem města Krnov, který výrazně ovlivňuje celkový obraz města. Třetí kapitola se zase zabývá výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi občany města Krnov. Hlavním cílem této kapitoly je zjistit, jak občané vnímají své město. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou na základě výsledků výzkumu navržena doporučení k možnému zlepšení image města.

Abstract:

The subject of this diploma thesis is image of selected city with the aspect of its internal analysis. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is focused on the general characteristic of the concepts of image, city, city marketing and image analysis. The second chapter deals with the current condition of the town Krnov, which significantly affects total image of the town. The third chapter deals with the results of the questionnaire survey among the citizens of the town Krnov. The aim of this chapter is to determine how citizens perceive their city. In the fourth chapter there are recommendations for possible image improvement of the reference town which are based on the results of research.
