Parity between men and women in French companies
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to discribe status of women in working environment both in past and nowadays. French laws and reforms concerning sexual working inequality are presented. The practical part deals with comparison of the situation in France and the Czech Republic.
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popsat postavení ženv v pracovním prostředí ve Francii jak v historii, tak v současnosti, dále představit francouzské zákony a reformy vztahující se na genderové pracovní nerovnosti. Praktická část se zabývá srovnáním situace ve Francii a České republice.
