Abstract:
První část práce obsahuje teorii pro tvorbu databází včetně informací potřebných pro jejich vytváření. Následuje vypracování vlastních databází prodávaných a pronajímaných bytů v lokalitě Ostrava. Databáze jsou vytvořeny na základě informací z uskutečněných prodejů a pronájmů. Druhá část práce je praktická, ve které jsou vyhotoveny dvě ocenění nemovitostí. The first contains the theory for the creation of databases, including, information necessary for their creation. Following the development of their own databases sold andrented apartmens in Ostrava.
