Diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou spoluprácí České spořitelny, a.s. a Kooperativy pojišťovny, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. Spolupráce je postavena na třech pilířích, kdy první dva představují prodej vzájemných produktů ve své prodejní síti a třetí pilíř tvoří vzájemný platební styk a marketingové akce. Die Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der strategischen Zusammenarbeit von Česká spořitelna, a.s. und Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. Die Zusammenarbeit beruht auf drei Pfeilern, wobei die ersten zwei den gegenseitigen Verkauf der Produkte im eigenen Netz darstellen und der dritte Pfeiler bildet den gegenseitigen Zahlungsverkehr und die Marketingveranstaltungen.
